About Us and Our Program

The Swan Diamond is an intensive treatment program for those seeking recovery from the disease of addiction and chemical dependency. The Swan Diamond is a privately own service provider that adheres to surrounding communities and addicted individuals and families. Our Home-Based programs range from 30 days to 12 months, offering individualized and family treatment. Our services are for those seeking help from alcohol and drug dependence. Confidentiality comes first in everything The Swan Diamond provides.

With our diverse intensive treatment services, The Swan Diamond provides comprehensive assessments, individualized treatment planning to provide the best care for the individual, offering one on one sessions, cognitive behavioral modification techniques, utilizing the different approaches of matrix, and evidence based models towards treating the disease of addiction and chemical dependency, along with offering an array of referral sources within surrounding communities. Our structured program provides client's with the support and information needed to abstain from chemical dependency and substance abusing behaviors and thinking, reaching the goal of establishing and maintaining long-term sobriety.

Our Philosophy

The Swan Diamond believes in the beauty of the addict as a person. The Swan Diamond knows that recovery is for the rest of our lives and through the tools learned and utilized, the addict can regain and maintain that life once again. As dependents to addiction, we all are not throw away's, we are merely broken, and with that which is broken always can be fixed. As swans, we do not see the beauty we have and do not realize that forever lasting is our beauty such as that of a diamond.

As a recovering addict, I know first hand what destruction can be brought forth in one's life. Although recovery is a long and hard working road, I truly believe that complete abstinence is possible. Almost 20 years of my life has been given to the disease of addiction and not only have I suffered as an individual, my disease has stricken the lives of my family and loved one's. I wanted to give back to my addicted, and social community, by helping those suffering from the disease of addiction by founding "The Swan Diamond", offering those in need what was once offered to me, love, compassion, understanding, and life changing reinforcement through the knowledge of knowing what our disease is. I wholeheartedly believe that we all can be fixed.
